Remarks

powl 0 computes 1 QP.

Return value

On success, powl 0 returns the value calculated, 10^.

The result is actually calculated to long double accuracy. All arguments are valid, though some can cause an underflow or overflow.

powl is the long double version; it returns a long double result.
